• The quality of your recording won't factor into your evaluation.

• The tempo of your performance is not important, as long as you play in even time. An assignment played very slowly but in even time with a metronome will benefit you more than an assignment played quickly but with mistakes and varying tempos, slowing for difficult parts and speeding up for easier parts.
