Once you download the archive, decompress (aka, extract) the archive to get a folder containing the assets. To do this, on MacOS, just double-click on the file. On Windows, right-click on the file and choose "Extract All..." (View Microsoft Windows help). This extracted archive contains image, sound, and script files that you will import into your Unity Project and use to complete the project.
